What if I’m not sure what role I need?

I’ve worked with SME’s and larger corporates and we’ve defined what they actually need by going through a set of briefing questions I discuss with them. Haven’t got it wrong yet.
Do you work with early-stage startups?

You can be a one man band and I’ll help if I can. The discovery call is there for us to identify whether we can work together. I don’t want to take your money if I can’t help you.
Can we start with a strategy call before embedded support?

A strategy call is always expected before we kick off any project work. I want to make sure you’re comfortable with the way we will work together to get the results you need. I’m not for everyone. If you go ahead, the strategy session is credited towards your first months support.
What locations do you cover for onsite?

I cover the UK and Ireland for onsite meetings and support. For U.S this will be via TEAMS.
This can vary from 1 week to 6 weeks. If we are working on a project basis before kick off - it can take anything from 48 hours to 72 hours.
If we are working on a one off role where you need someone ASAP and I’ve just been instructed, it depends on the market, the skillset required…there are lots of variables. I can be transparent on a call and produce a project plan to go with this.
